If you’re wanting to have some long term storage of dry goods with a shelf life of up to 30 years then have a look at this video.

I like this idea better than using plastic buckets and Mylar bags although the cost for canning jars is higher. This looks like the best way to kill the bugs and larvae in the dry goods.
