How to make Fermented Honey Garlic - Immune System Booster
This is such an easy thing to do and it's so good for your immune system too. If you like fresh garlic but find that it goes bad before you use it all then this is the solution to keeping it fresh for months.
On top of that you can use the honey or the garlic separately or combine them to make an all natural immune building mix. Use raw honey, fresh garlic, and a jar. It's that simple.
Peel the garlic outer layer off and add it to a partially full jar of raw honey. That's it. Let it sit in a cool dark place for 2 to 3 months, flipping the jar over from time to time to coat the garlic with honey. Use as needed.
I like to chop up the garlic into little bits then take it with a spoon of honey. It's good on toast too.
Not only is this great for your body and your immune system; it also keeps the garlic from going bad.
